Mt Cook Trip
In Term 2 a group of Year 13 students went to Aoraki Mount Cook for a Geography trip.

They visited the DOC Centre in Mount Cook Village and listened to a Glacier Presentation from a local DOC worker. Later in the day they were lucky enough to take a plane to the top of the Tasman Glacier. The next day they went to a scree slope. The reason for this was to measure it and see whether the larger rocks are at the bottom of the scree slope and the smaller ones are at the top.
